My work didn’t begin with certifications. It started long ago, through years of sensing, feeling and working with energy in ways I didn’t yet have the language for. Over the last 5–6 years, I chose to refine that connection properly.

I’ve been initiated three times into energy work, across multiple Reiki lineages, including Egyptian Reiki, each bringing its own depth, symbols and understanding. Alongside that, I’ve trained in counselling skills and mindfulness, building the grounded knowledge needed to hold space safely and intentionally. This isn’t something I’ve just picked up; it’s something I’ve developed, studied and embodied.

I hold the certifications. I hold the knowledge and I am now completing the final steps to fully anchor this into my business. What I offer is not just Reiki as a system. It’s intuitive, structured and deeply connected energy work that meets you where you are and works with what’s actually present.

My approach is distinct because it facilitates a transformative journey at the identity level. I support individuals in navigating emotional, energetic and spiritual shifts, helping them transition from survival patterns, confusion and emotional overwhelm to clarity, self-trust, embodiment and personal empowerment.
